Why are my request declining?
Your request can decline if your information provided to the bank are inconsistent or if you have a delinquent loan, however this is still subject to your Banks policy on asset loans to its customers. You might have to contact your account officer.
What if I have issues (DOA/faulty) with the devices after purchase?
For DOA’s Mobile – Devices will be replaced under the stipulated warranty policy for the OEM
Consumer Electronics – Any item collected in good condition at the point of purchase will have to be taken to the accredited OEM service center.
